| Connecticut Muse A celebration of contemporary Connecticut authors In 2005, Patricia D'Ascoli created Connecticut Muse as a way to highlight the many talented authors who live in Connecticut. Since that time, she has written and published 20 issues of the newsletter. The mission of Connecticut Muse is to increase awareness of and appreciation for the literary works of Connecticut authors. Published quarterly, Connecticut Muse includes book reviews, a calendar of literary events, information about new releases by Connecticut authors, and original essays, poetry and short fiction written by Connecticut authors.
